Donate today and help make a difference

American Airlines is proud to partner with many worthy organizations to improve the communities where we live and work. There are multiple ways American customers can join in the causes that matter. AAdvantage® members can donate miles to a cause they are passionate about, or donate cash and earn miles for that next trip. Through your contributions, we can continue to make a difference in the lives of those in need.
