American Way Magazine Publishes Golf-themed Issue Sept. 1

FORT WORTH, Texas, Sept. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- American Way, the inflight magazine of American Airlines and American Eagle, commemorates its Sept. 1 golf-themed issue with a look – and a laugh – back at the 1980 classic comedy, "Caddyshack." And who better to represent the world of golf than Chevy Chase? Chase appears on four unique American Way covers as his goofy, but alluring "Caddyshack" character Ty Webb. This issue will be a keepsake for those who have watched "Caddyshack" so many times they know the movie line by line. In the feature story, Chase reveals much about his life before, during and since starring in "Caddyshack."

For true golf aficionados, the issue is packed with great information – from best courses, clubs and fashion, to best new golfers to watch, interviews and more. And the issue is filled with tips and techniques for those aspiring to better their golf game. Read the Sept. 1 issue of American Way at www.americanwaymag.com.
