American Eagle to Begin Service Between Santa Fe, N.M., and Dallas/Fort Worth

New Flight Marks the Return of the First Commercial Jet Service in Decades

FORT WORTH, Texas, March 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Eagle Airlines, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, will launch nonstop service between its Dallas/Fort Worth hub (DFW) and Santa Fe Municipal Airport (SAF), beginning June 11.

Tickets for the new route go on sale Sunday, March 15.

American Eagle will operate round-trip services using 44-seat Embraer jets.

"American Eagle is pleased to be able to provide Santa Fe and the surrounding communities with nonstop service to DFW," said American Eagle President and CEO Peter Bowler. "This new service not only makes vacationing in the beautiful Santa Fe area more convenient, but will provide much more flexible options for area businesses."
