American Eagle Airlines Launches Service From Los Angeles to Santa Fe, N.M.

Second Daily Nonstop Added from Dallas/Fort Worth to Santa Fe

FORT WORTH, Texas, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Eagle, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, today launched service to New Mexico's capital with a daily nonstop flight from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to Santa Fe Municipal Airport (SAF). This new service will be operated with 44-seat Embraer ERJ-140 jets.

"I am thrilled that American Airlines is expanding its service to Santa Fe," New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson said. "I know that the new Los Angeles flight is going to be in high demand, offering a convenient connection between Northern New Mexico and the West Coast. It's a major boost to our state's tourism and thriving film industry."
