American Airlines Launches 'Remember Me' Feature and Updated Keyword-Based Menu Through Reservations

AAdvantage Members Can Now Register for Even Faster, More Direct Phone Service When Calling American

American Airlines today announced upgrades to its reservation and flight information telephone service that will make calls to the airline easier than ever before. Thanks to the implementation of a new, industry-leading feature, American Airlines AAdvantage® members who register with the "Remember Me" program will have the added convenience of a direct path to information about their upcoming trips when they call American. AAdvantage members can call at any time from their registered cell phone and proactively receive information about upcoming travel reservations.

Additionally, an updated menu system has advanced features that will result in a more efficient calling experience with an improved menu guided by faster, keyword-driven commands. Options and menu paths were developed based on feedback from customers, making the overall experience more intuitive and helpful for business and leisure travelers. Combined with "Remember Me," the menu enhancements make navigation simple and quick, saving valuable time.

To register a cell phone number, AAdvantage members can log on to http://www.aa.com/myaccount and select "Contact Information" to update records as necessary. Additional information about the new phone system and "Remember Me" program can be viewed online at http://www.aa.com/callaa.
