Something mAAgic Foundation® is helping the Cogswells achieve this goal. Spc. Cogswell, who has been deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, is currently stationed in Hawaii with the 57th Military Police Company, 8th MP Brigade at Schofield Barracks. In March, American will fly Cadence, her two sisters, and her mom and dad from Hawaii to L.A. for five days and four nights at a Disneyland resort. While vacationing at the park, the family will also meet LeAnn Rimes and her husband Eddie Cibrian, who will spend one of the days at the park with Cadence and her family.
For more than 20 years, American has been dedicated to creating memories and providing opportunities for children and their families all over the world through our American Airlines Kids In Need program. This program provides worldwide support for children and their families, as well as for the organizations dedicated to improving the quality of life for children with medical and educational needs, social services issues, and/or for those that heighten public awareness of children’s issues.
Miles for Kids in Need® program. These generous donations make stories like the Cogswells’ trip possible. They make it possible for Something mAAgic to grant the wishes and dreams of children with chronic or life-threatening medical conditions by providing an annual mAAgic Flight to an unforgettable vacation experience in Orlando, Fla., similar to the trip the Cogswells will take.
