BOTTOM LINE: Web’s coolest music jukebox program just got better.
ASSETS: Offers Billboard charts from the ’50s to the present; works nicely with Windows Media Player.
LIABILITIES: Won’t rip CDs you already own. Some songs can be streamed but not purchased without extra subscription fee.
BOTTOM LINE: Veteran of piracy wars goes legit, but needs tweaking.
