Tom Otterness sculpts characters up to 20 feet tall. And he wants you to touch them. Neither makes the sculptor’s works museum candidates. Ergo, Otterness is taking it to the streets with his installation of 25 massive bronzes in Indianapolis through July 31. Their cartoonish looks (i.e., two rotund dancers waltzing atop a money bag, at left) entertain the family. But — wink, wink — Mom ’n’ Pop will get the artist’s rib on capitalism.
