Check out the original mobsters of Hollywood with this month’s DVD release of Francis Ford Coppola’s The Godfather DVD Collection. The five-disc collector’s set includes The Godfather, The Godfather Part II (on two discs), and The Godfather Part III, plus a bonus three-hour-plus disc.

To keep the kids entertained while you’re playing with the bad guys, let them watch Disney’s Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. This 1937 classic was Disney’s first feature-length animated film, and the two-disc DVD set offers the first-ever “immersion experience,” which allows the audience to fully participate in various features and programs through guided tours by an animated host (the magic mirror, no less!). So, with Halloween around the corner, who needs goblins and scary monsters when you’ve got Don Corleone and the wicked Queen?

Also out on DVD this month: The Mummy Returns; The Terminator; Star Wars: Episode I —The Phantom Menace; and Bridget Jones’s Diary.
