Cat Deeley’s got her hands full this summer: The blond beauty is not only hosting the eighth season of her hit show, So You Think You Can Dance, here in the States — she’s hosting the U.K. version as well. But the Los Angeles–based Brit always makes time for dancing. “I’m not very good, but what I lack in skill, I more than make up for in enthusiasm,” Deeley laughs. Here’s where you might catch her cutting a rug in L.A.

Paul & Andre
Cosmo Street, between Hollywood Boulevard and Selma Avenue
(323) 860-9795

“It’s like a ’60s-style dive, and you have to walk in through the kitchen,” Deeley says of this L.A. take on a New York hipster bar. “They play old-school music, so it’s a great place to dance the night away.”

Soho House West Hollywood

The L.A. outpost of this posh members-only hot spot is all about interaction. “People just waltz up to the piano and start playing,” Deeley says. “Once, Prince [went] up, and everyone started dancing.”

Trousdale
9229 Sunset Blvd.
(310) 274-7500

“It’s more of a typical Hollywood club with a pool table and a cool vibe,” Deeley says of this late-night joint across the street from Soho House. “You can go get your groove on, then chill out and play pool in the back room.”
