If you don’t have young kids or aren’t one yourself, you might not yet be familiar with mogul-in-?training Victoria Justice, who’s quickly taking over the tween set with her hit Nickelodeon show ?Victorious and smash songs such as “Make It in America.” But you won’t be in the dark much longer: The 19-year-old all-rounder will no doubt make an impression on more grown-up audiences with her big-screen debut in this month’s Halloween-flavored family comedy Fun Size, which filmed in Cleveland. Justice, a native of Hollywood, Fla., took a break from her latest musical tour to tell us her favorite spots in the Ohio city.
Corky & Lenny’s
“I didn’t realize it was famous until after I’d eaten there a few times, but it’s this fabulous little Jewish deli with all the classics. I loved the Matzo Ball soup and the massive, overstuffed sandwiches, like corned beef or pastrami.”
“We did a day-trip to this quaint little American village with this really antique, old-timey vibe. It’s like a living museum — definitely worth checking out if you’re a history buff.”
Cedar Lee Theatre
“I really didn’t feel like I was missing anything by not being in L.A. because they showed all the latest indies.”
The Cheesecake Factory
“I know, I know — it’s a chain. But I pretty much lived there because their menu is so extensive. It’s like reading Harry Potter. You can go every day and order something different.”
