WARM-UP STREET PARTY: The Saturday night before Halloween (Oct. 26) is Oak Lawn ­Halloween Block Party time. The annual eruption of outrageous costumery, loud live music and late-night revelry runs into the wee pre-’ween hours on the 3900 block of Cedar Springs Road.
