Frank Sinatra is once again taking to the stage — albeit this time in a slightly altered state — on October 8-19 when he returns to Radio City Music Hall. He’ll star in Sinatra: His Voice, His World, His Way, a theatrical event chronicling the life of the singing legend. How can that be? Through the combination of projection and cinematic technology, a three-dimensional, lifelike image of Ol’ Blue Eyes will appear onstage and perform a variety of numbers, including several with the world-famous Radio City Rockettes. The show, hosted by jazz sensation John Pizzarelli, will feature a 40-piece orchestra ensemble and include never-before-seen concert footage and rare private films from Sinatra’s personal archive. Sinatra fan or not, you’ll find the sheer genius and innovation behind this event is reason enough to catch a performance. $40-$95. (212) 307-7171, www.radiocity.com
