DELL Dell will remain chairman, but turned over CEO title to Rollins.
COCA-COLA Isdell, a 38-year Coke veteran, was named in June. COO Steven Heyer, also a candidate, quit the company shortly after Isdell was named.
KRAFT FOODS Holden, who is now president of global marketing and category development, previously shared a “Co-CEO” with Deromedi for two years.
McDONALD'S Cantalupo died on April 19 of a heart attack just before the opening of the 2004 sales meeting in Florida. Bell, who was president and COO, was named immediately.
