The name Trois Pistoles refers not to a three-way old-fashioned duel at dawn but to the quaint Quebecois fishing town of that name. On the label is the town’s famous church, Notre-Dame des Neiges, and the mysterious horse, thought to be the devil in harness, that helped build it. Heady stuff, all the way around.
