"When I’m in Buenos Aires, I like to take a ferry across the river to the little laid-back town of Colonia, Uruguay. It has cobblestone streets, lots of old buildings with character, and a great restaurant called El Aljibe [011-598-52-25342], on Avenida General Flores. They do flame-broiled cheese and some sausages that are among my favorites.
