Bang Bang Shrimp

For more than a decade, BONEFISH GRILL has fed hungry patrons across America. Now, the fresh-seafood chain is gearing up to open its 200th restaurant, this one located in The Woodlands, a master-planned community just north of Houston. This newest eatery will dish out the quality hand-cut fish and wood-grilled specialties that Bonefish is known for, as well as boast an updated look (soon to become the norm for its other restaurants) that includes a modern, simple interior with warm, earthy tones and hardwood accents. It will still incorporate some familiar aspects, though, such as the grill’s signature communal tables and butcher-paper table coverings. Bonefish is also staying true to its established commitment of sourcing fish from well-managed fisheries around the world, so as not to strain any individual aquatic population. And it’s continuing to follow the recommendations of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration regarding which deep-sea delicacies are both safe to eat and sustainable. So go ahead and indulge in your favorite seafood sensation — because Bonefish is doing its part to assure there remains plenty more fish in the sea.
